 Cover  the stick of a green colored paper then make a paper leaves and paste or glue in to the stick to make a stem and then put the stem in the bottom of the paper flower

and it is done you can make more of paper flowers to make it beautiful and attractive to give or to put in a flower base and design in the table.

To make a flower base is simple just get  a plastic battle then cut it and paint it and design anything that make it beautiful
